IMPORTANT DATES:

Registrations deadlines
June 30 – last day for early registration fee
From July 1 – late registration fee
July 15 – full refund in case of cancellation (less € 75,00 for processing fee)

Abstract submission
June 15 – deadline for abstract submission
June 26 – communication of acceptance

We are keeping the same rules from previous editions as:

• Registration is mandatory to submit an abstract
• Presenter can cancel participation without penalty in case the paper would not be accepted
